Case files

What we built for dental practices, and what changed

20 real projects, each filed the same way: where the practice started, what was going wrong, what we built, how many working days it took and what the team says now. The practice type and region are named; the business is not.

Every case file

Narrow them to your practice type, or read across. Most of what one office needed applies well beyond its own specialty.

In their words

What the people we worked with say

  • We never lost dental office selection inquiries; we just never knew who was answering them. That is the piece that has been fixed.

Got Who answers what: dental office selection made accountable

Judith WorthingtonPractice manager, Orthodontic and general dentistry clinic
    Worcester, Massachusetts
  • We tried to defeat the dental office selection form during review. It flagged each fault precisely and lost nothing. That earned my signature.

Got Error messages worth reading on the dental office selection form

Sabrina MayfieldAppointments coordinator, Cosmetic dentistry and whitening clinic
    Billings, Montana
  • I asked what happens when the dental office selection form fails, and the answer became a feature. That is the right response to that question.

Got A tested fallback for dental office selection contact

Sabrina CoburnOffice manager, Children's dental practice

How a file is written

Five parts, in the same order, every time

So you can compare one practice with another, and so nothing reads like a brochure. Each file is written from what the practice told us.

How every case file reads: where they started, what was going wrong, what we built, how long it took, what changed, in their words. Tiffy pulls the file from a drawer.
  1. Where they started

How inquiries, pages or updates actually worked before we were involved, described the way the practice described it.

  2. What was going wrong

The specific cost to the front desk or to the people trying to reach it. No invented numbers; if the client did not measure it, we do not quote it.

  3. What we built

The pages, fields, routes and checks we put in place, with links to where each one sits in a plan.

  4. How long it took

Working days counted from content approval, including the staff review and the handover.

  5. What changed, in their words

The day-to-day difference, and a quote from the person we worked with, attributed by name, role, practice type and region.

Questions

About these case studies

Are these real clients?

Yes. Every case study on this page is a real ChairsideWeb project, and every quote is the words of the person named beside it. We do not publish written examples as case studies.

Why are the practices not named?

We name the practice type, the region, the size of the team and the person we worked with, and leave the business name out on purpose. The files are about the work, not a showcase for the practice.

How long does a project like these take?

These projects took between 10 and 25 working days, counted from the day the practice approved the content, including staff review and handover. A full new site on the Chairside plan goes live in 7 days from the onboarding call.

Why are there no star ratings?

Our clients gave us their words, not scores, so we publish the words. We do not add star ratings or averages that nobody gave.

Can we see work like this for our own practice type?

Yes. Filter the files above by practice type, or book a demo and we will walk you through the pieces that fit your offices. Plans start at $137 a month and the $797 build fee is invoiced only after launch.
