Every office ranks on its own.
Each location page carries its own address, hours, providers and Dentist schema, so an office two towns from the flagship shows up for the patient two towns from the flagship.
For US dental groups and multi-office practices
Every location, provider and service gets a page. A finder takes patients to the nearest chair. Requests land with the front desk that will see the patient, and we design, host and keep all of it accurate on one monthly fee for the whole group.

From a group like yours
We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. It collects preferred office, visit reason and callback number up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.
Case notes
Every one of them costs a booking somewhere in the group, and every one of them is a structural problem rather than a design one.
What it costs: Every office without its own page is invisible to the patient searching two towns over, so the flagship turns people away while a satellite front desk sits quiet.
What it costs: The wrong office calls back, or nobody does, and the patient books with whoever answered first.
What it costs: A patient turns up on a Thursday the office is closed, and the review they leave is about the website.
What it costs: Patients searching from a car park do not wait for a page builder to load; they tap the next result, which is a competitor.
What it costs: The blog stops after the launch, the dentist who left is still on the team page, and the next redesign is a five-figure project all over again.
If nothing changes
Nothing on this list sends an invoice, which is why it is easy to ignore. It still lands every month, office by office.

An office with no page of its own has nothing for a search engine to rank in its own town. Every month it stays that way, patients nearby are shown someone else first.
If an office runs Google Ads, every click is already paid for. A slow landing page loses some of those visitors before they see a phone number, and Google treats the landing-page experience as part of ad quality.
A request forwarded by hand is a request answered late, and a patient who waits usually books with whoever called back first.
Wrong Saturday hours or a dentist who left last spring are small facts that turn into a wasted trip and a review about your website rather than your care.
A site nobody owns drifts until it needs replacing, and a group pays for the same project twice. A managed site is kept current instead of being rebuilt.
Stop the leak
Book a thirty-minute demo and we will show you which of your offices has no page of its own, where its requests go today, and what fixing it looks like. Nothing is charged until the first month, and the $797 build fee waits for launch.
Problem and fix
Pick a problem from the index and read the fix that ships with every ChairsideWeb site.
The cost
Every office without its own page is invisible to the patient searching two towns over, so the flagship turns people away while a satellite front desk sits quiet.
The fix
Each location gets its own page with address, hours, parking, the providers on site, the services offered there and Dentist schema of its own. Search engines rank office pages, not group pages with a list of addresses, so every office gets its own chance to appear for its own town.
The cost
The wrong office calls back, or nobody does, and the patient books with whoever answered first.
The fix
Forms, finder requests and AI-taken bookings carry the office, the provider and the service, and are delivered to that office's front desk system or your group CRM by API, Zapier or Make. Nothing waits for someone to forward it. If an office changes its system, only that office's routing changes.
The cost
A patient turns up on a Thursday the office is closed, and the review they leave is about the website.
The fix
Any office manager emails the change: a holiday closure, a new hygienist, a plan you stopped accepting. We apply it that week to the page, the schema and the finder together, and confirm what changed. It does not use a revision, and nobody at your group logs in to anything.
The cost
Patients searching from a car park do not wait for a page builder to load; they tap the next result, which is a competitor.
The fix
Every page is built as a static file with almost no JavaScript and served from Cloudflare's edge, so a location page opens as fast as the home page on a weak connection. We guarantee the score on mobile and desktop and fix any page that drops below it because of our work.
The cost
The blog stops after the launch, the dentist who left is still on the team page, and the next redesign is a five-figure project all over again.
The fix
We design it, build it, host it, write 2 researched articles a week, apply weekly detail updates and turn 5 revisions a month around in 2 to 5 working days. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are happy with it, and there is never a rebuild bill.
Why ChairsideWeb
Six differences a general web designer or a template cannot copy-paste, because each one comes from how the site is structured and run.
Each location page carries its own address, hours, providers and Dentist schema, so an office two towns from the flagship shows up for the patient two towns from the flagship.
Requests carry office, provider and service and land in that office's system. No forwarding, no shared inbox, no guessing which location the patient meant.
The finder takes a service and a town to the nearest office with today's hours and the clinicians on site, then sends the request there.
Changes go by email. Weekly detail updates and monthly revisions are applied by us, in working days, across every office at once.
Static pages, no plugins, edge hosting. The score we guarantee on day one is the score you keep, because nothing gets bolted on later.
Service pages and articles are general information and say so. Clinical claims stay with your clinicians, where they belong, and we never write them.
What you get
The site, the finder, the domain, the hosting, the routing and the people who keep it right, for every office in the group on one fee. Nothing itemized, nothing per office.
Home, one page per office, one per provider, one per service, new patients, insurance, referrals where you need them, and a blog that is actually written.
Service plus town to the nearest office, its providers, its hours and a booking request routed to that desk.
Registered in your group's name at no extra charge, or point the one you own. Office domains can redirect to their pages.
Cloudflare edge hosting with SSL, backups and monitoring inside the fee. Nothing itemized, nothing to maintain.
Every request into the right office's practice system or your group CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with office, provider and service attached.
Weekly detail updates, 5 revisions a month, 2 articles a week, and nobody at your group ever logs in.
What's in each plan
What each feature does, the everyday problem it removes, what you have to do (usually nothing), and which plan carries it.
One file per serviceA page for every service your offices actually offer, linked to the offices that offer it
What you can buy
Every service is the same managed website underneath. Start from the job you need done, or from your kind of practice.
Structure
We build both structures, the finder and the per-office routing are identical in each, and you can move between them later with redirects rather than a rebuild.
One domain and one brand carry a page for every office, every provider and every service. Reviews, articles and authority pool in one place while each office keeps its own page, its own schema and its own booking route.
yourgroup.com ├─ /locations/northside hours, providers, schema ├─ /locations/downtown hours, providers, schema ├─ /locations/westgate hours, providers, schema ├─ /services/dental-implants offered at: northside, westgate ├─ /providers/dr-example works at: northside, downtown └─ /blog articles, group-wide
Best when the offices share a name, the group wants one brand to grow, and marketing is run centrally.
Each office gets its own domain and its own site with the same page structure underneath. Nothing pools, but nothing is entangled either, and an office can be sold or rebranded without touching the others.
northsidedental.com own pages, own schema downtowndentalgroup.com own pages, own schema westgatesmiles.com own pages, own schema shared: finder, routing, weekly updates, articles
Best when offices trade under different names, serve distant markets, or need to stay separable for a future sale.
Not sure which fits? It is the first question on the onboarding call, and the answer is usually obvious once we have seen how your offices are named and where their patients come from. Either way, the fee is per group, not per office.
The route
Search to booking to visit, the same three steps whether the patient starts on the home page, an office page or a service page.
A patient types a service and a town. The finder resolves to the nearest office that offers it, with today's hours and the providers on site.
FinderThe request carries the office, the provider and the service, and lands in that office's practice system or your group CRM, not a shared inbox.
RoutingThe right front desk already has the details and calls back. Nothing was forwarded by hand and nothing was guessed.
Front deskMeasured
Speed is a build decision, not a plugin. Ranking is a structure decision, not a trick. Both are in the fee, and both matter to the ads you already run.

SEO, AEO, GEO
Search is built into the structure, not bolted on after launch. Here is exactly what every plan includes, office by office.

Static pages, clean URLs, a sitemap index, robots rules, canonical tags, fast loading and mobile layouts, set up before launch and kept that way.
One clear topic per page, with a title, description and headings written for what patients actually search, and internal links between offices, services and providers.
Every office you run gets its own page for its own town, with address, hours, providers and services. That is how a group earns local search traffic office by office instead of only for the flagship.
Answer-first paragraphs, question-shaped headings and visible FAQ blocks, so your pages can be pulled into featured snippets, voice answers and AI summaries.
Consistent office names and facts, an llms.txt file and plainly stated details make your group easier for assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to cite. No one can guarantee an AI answer; we make it more likely.
Structured data for the organization, each office as a dental business, services, providers, FAQs and breadcrumbs, generated from the same data as the page so it never drifts. Review markup is added only for real reviews.
The build
Five stages on one work order. The only thing you pay before launch is the first month.
Pick a plan and pay the first month. That is the whole commitment; the $797 build fee waits until your site is live.

Four records from the drawer, each naming the group, where it is and what it got. Point at one, or tab to it, to pull it clear of the hand.

Got Inquiry form and response workflow for dental office selection
Most of our visitors are on phones, so that is where I reviewed the new dental office selection pages. The essentials are within the first screen, with an obvious way to inquire. It is far more practical than the old page when we share it with a caller.
Got Mobile navigation and page layout for dental office selection
We handed over a folder of our real dental office selection replies and let them work from that. The recurring questions were pulled out, rewritten clearly, and approved line by line by our team. The phone calls about basic dental office selection details have noticeably thinned out.
Got FAQ research and editorial review for dental office selection
People used to ring just to check their dental office selection form had actually gone through. The acknowledgment explains the next step clearly and tells people how to reach us if something is wrong. It is a small corner of the site that makes the whole process feel finished.

Case studies
Real projects: where the practice started, what we built, how many working days it took and what changed.
No. 10Multi-location groups
With dental office selection, subjects gave nothing away. The morning sort consumed the hour that answering should have had.
15 working days
No. 07Orthodontics
Day to day with dental office selection, duplicated replies and orphaned messages happened in the same week. Stepping in for an absent colleague meant archaeology through long email chains.
20 working days
No. 11Implants and prosthodontics
Day to day with dental office selection, people rang the first number they spotted and sometimes repeated their story to a second colleague. Location details and the inquiry form had no connection to each other.

The same group, the same offices, a different website underneath them.

Six months in
Not a forecast of patient numbers. The things that are simply true once the site is built and run this way.
Your turn
On the demo we load a group like yours, walk the pages a patient would, and tell you the structure and plan we would suggest. Live in 7 days from the onboarding call.
The value case
One fee covers every office, so the cost per office falls as the group grows. Here is the arithmetic for four offices, straight from the plan prices.
| Plan | Monthly, whole group | Per office, per month | First year total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chairside | $137 | $34 | $2,441 |
| Operatory Suite plus AI usage at cost | $297 | $74 | $4,361 |
| Group | $747 | $187 | $9,761 |
Per-office figures are the group fee divided by four and rounded. Add a fifth office and the fee does not change. On orders placed before December 31, 2026 the build fee is waived, which takes $797 off every first-year total above.
Paid clicks are part of the value too: a faster, more relevant office page can help lower cost per click and keeps more of the visitors you already pay for. We do not put a number on that, because it depends on your campaigns.
Plans
Every plan carries the whole site for every office. The larger plans add the AI Engine and the Content Engine. The $797 build fee is invoiced after launch on all three.
The website, fully managed

Risk reversal
Each promise is written with its condition in plain sight, so nothing is discovered after the invoice.
The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced after launch, once you have seen the site live and are happy with it.
Condition The first monthly fee is paid up front to start the plan.
Every page we build scores at or above the target on mobile and desktop at launch.
Condition If a page drops below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge and it does not use a revision.
The site starts ranking for local searches in your area within the window.
Condition If it has not, we keep working on it at no charge. We never promise a specific position.
The domain is registered in your group's name. On cancellation it is transferred on request at no charge.
Condition An export of your content and articles is provided within 14 days of cancellation. The design and code stay ours, as the terms set out.
Plans run month to month. Cancel by email and the site runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Condition Notice must reach us at least 2 business days before the next invoice date, within business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). All sales are final.
Built in, not bolted on
A dental website carries obligations a brochure site does not. These ship with every plan, written for your practice and reviewed by you before launch.
These pages and practices help you meet common US requirements for a dental practice website. They are not legal advice, and we recommend your own counsel reviews the policies before launch. We are not a dental practice, dental group, dentist or healthcare provider, and we are not a law firm.
A privacy policy and site terms written around what your site actually collects, drafted for your review and your counsel's sign-off. Built with state privacy laws such as the CCPA in California in mind.
Analytics and marketing tags load only after a visitor agrees, and the cookie policy lists what the consent banner controls.
Real contrast ratios, visible focus states, keyboard navigation and alt text, built with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.2 AA in mind, plus a statement telling patients how to report a problem.
Request forms are designed not to collect health information. That keeps the website out of your HIPAA scope as far as a website can be, while your intake system handles records.
Where a form or the AI Engine sends texts, consent wording sits next to the phone field, and we file the A2P 10DLC carrier registration for you on plans with the AI Engine.
Service pages and articles say they are general information, not a diagnosis or treatment plan, and send patients to your providers for anything about their own care.
Coverage
We work remotely, so a dental group anywhere in the US gets the same build, the same terms and the same response times, whether its offices are in Texas, Florida, California, New York, Illinois and Georgia or anywhere else.
Business hours are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. A person replies within one working day. We do not build location pages for ourselves; we build them for your offices.
Runs the one onboarding call, maps offices, providers, services and routing, and agrees the launch date.
Designs the component system on your brand and hand-codes every page to the speed target.
Writes the service pages and the weekly articles from cited sources, as general information.
Applies weekly detail updates and revisions, answers the portal, and replies within one working day.
Versus
Fair questions. Each option suits someone. Here is where each one sits against a managed site for a dental group, with the full comparison a click away.

Cheaper on paper, until someone at the group has to keep eight offices accurate every week. With us nobody logs in, and the structure is built for offices from day one.
Read the comparisonA good freelancer can build a fine site. The question is who applies next week's hours change, writes the articles and answers when they move on. We are a team on a monthly plan, not one person's calendar.

Read the comparisonThe costs of inaction above do not send an invoice, which is why they are easy to ignore. They still arrive every month.
See the plansAsked first
The questions that come up on nearly every demo. The full list, grouped, is on the FAQ page.
A ChairsideWeb site includes a page for every office, every provider and every service you offer, a location and provider finder that takes a patient from a service and a town to the right front desk, booking requests routed into that office's CRM or practice system, a free domain, managed hosting, 2 researched articles a week and weekly detail updates. It is designed, hand-coded, hosted and kept accurate by us on one monthly fee, with the $797 build fee invoiced only after launch.
Most groups do best with one hub that carries a page per office, because reviews, articles and brand authority pool in one place and each office still gets its own address, hours, providers and schema. One site per location makes sense when offices trade under different names, serve distant markets or must stay separable for a future sale. We build either structure, and both use the same finder and the same per-office booking routing.
Per group. One monthly fee covers every office on the site, however many you have, on a hub or on separate sites within the same plan. Adding an office is a revision, not a new subscription. The $797 build fee is also charged once for the whole group, not once per location.
You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137 for Chairside, $297 plus AI usage for Operatory Suite, or $747 for Group. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and you are satisfied with it. The domain and the hosting are inside the monthly figure. There are no per-office fees.
A revision is one change request, and there is no limit on how much goes into it. A new provider page, a rewritten implant service page, a changed layout on the hub: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new service pages for the downtown office, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month across every office, not per office. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size. Unused revisions do not roll over.
On Operatory Suite and Group the AI Engine answers calls when a front desk cannot, answers site chat, replies over SMS, Messenger and Instagram, and sends each booking request to the office the patient picked. It knows each office's hours, providers and services, it never gives dental advice, and it hands anything clinical to a person. A call-analysis PDF shows you what patients asked. A2P 10DLC registration for texting is filed by us.
No. Request forms are designed to ask for a name, contact details, the office, the service and a preferred time, and nothing clinical. Medical history, insurance IDs and consent forms stay in your own intake system, which keeps health records off the website. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice, so your compliance lead should confirm the setup fits your own obligations.
It can help. Google counts landing-page experience as part of ad quality and says higher quality ads typically cost less per click, and a page that loads quickly keeps more of the paid clicks you already bought. Every page we build targets 90+ PageSpeed and each office gets its own page, so an ad can land on the office and service it is about. We never promise a specific cost-per-click drop, because the auction and your campaigns decide that.
Nobody can guarantee that, and we do not. What we do makes it more likely: consistent office names and facts on every page, answer-first copy, visible FAQs, structured data for each office and service, and an llms.txt file that describes the site plainly. Assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews tend to cite pages that state facts clearly and consistently, and that is how every page is written.
Yes. Many groups run GoHighLevel for their CRM, pipelines and follow-up automation. We build the office, provider and service website and send every booking request into GoHighLevel with the office, provider and service attached, so your existing workflows keep running. The comparison pages explain where each tool fits.
Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and the site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.
