Thirty minutes
Book a live demo
Book a 30-minute live demo of the ChairsideWeb dental group website you would get: offices, providers, the finder and request routing, on your screen. No slides, no pitch deck, one person from our side.
What happens on the call
A site built for your kind of group, live
We open a site for a group like yours and walk the pages a patient would: finder, location page, provider page, booking request.
Hub or one site per location, decided
We look at how your offices are named and where their patients come from, and suggest the structure. Usually obvious inside five minutes.
Where each office's requests should go
Practice management system, group CRM, or both. We note the destination per office so routing is configured on day one.
The plan, the launch date, and what we need
You leave with the plan that fits, a launch date 7, 10 or 15 days out, and a short list of what to send us. The $797 build fee is invoiced only after launch.

Loading the booking calendar
The calendar is taking a while to load. Open the booking calendar in a new tab.
Once it was live
What practices told us afterwards
The time we spent on the dental office selection wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. Customers arrive with realistic expectations, which changes the whole tone of the first call.

Questions
About the demo
How long is the demo?
About thirty minutes, on a video call with one person from our side. No slides and no pitch deck; we open a live site and walk it.
Who from our group should join?
Whoever decides on the website, usually the owner, the operations director or the marketing lead. Office managers are welcome but not needed.
Do we need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know how many offices you have, whether they share a name, and where booking requests go today.
Will you show a site for our kind of practice?
Yes. We open a site built for a group like yours, general, specialist or multi-location, and walk the pages a patient would.
Is there any obligation after the demo?
None. If you go ahead, you pick a plan and pay the first month; the build fee waits until the site is live and you are happy with it.
Can you tell us if we are not a good fit?
Yes, and we will. If a builder, a freelancer or your existing GoHighLevel setup would suit you better, we say so. The comparison pages lay out when that is.
When can we have a demo?
Within business hours, 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Email two or three times, or pick one in the calendar when it is available.
What does it cost afterwards?
Plans from $137 a month for the whole group, plus a one-time build fee invoiced after launch. 5 revisions a month are included on every plan.
