Orthodontics

A website for an orthodontic group where every satellite office books its own consultations

An orthodontic group website has one job above the others: turn a parent or an adult searching for aligners or braces near a specific town into a booked consultation at the right satellite office, with the orthodontist who works there that day.

Case notes

What usually goes wrong for orthodontic groups

Hands writing on a weekly wall calendar, planning which days are open

  • Satellite offices open two or three days a week, and the site shows one set of hours for the whole group, so families arrive on the wrong day.
  • Free consultation requests are not tagged with an office, so the treatment coordinator has to call back just to ask which location.
  • Aligner and braces pages are generic, so a parent cannot tell which office offers early treatment for a seven-year-old.
  • The orthodontist rotates between offices and the site never says where they are this week.

Contents

The pages your site will carry

Written from what you tell us on the onboarding call, approved by you before launch, and kept accurate every week after it.

  1. Home with the finder pre-set to free consultations
  2. One location page per satellite office with the days it is open
  3. Clear aligners page with the offices and doctors that offer them
  4. Braces page covering metal, ceramic and early treatment options
  5. Adult orthodontics page
  6. One provider page per orthodontist with their weekly office schedule
  7. Financing and insurance page
  8. Book a free consultation

Consultation finder by office and day

A parent picks aligners, braces or early treatment, enters their town and sees the nearest offices with the days each is open, the orthodontist working there and a request for a free consultation at that office. The request lands with that office's treatment coordinator in your CRM, tagged with the treatment type, so the callback is about scheduling rather than sorting.

Reviews

What orthodontic groups tell us

  • Existing customers asking about dental office selection had no front door of their own. The two message types arrive under different subjects, so the sorting is done for us. Our inbox is easier to read, and their morning is easier too.

  • We shut at five-thirty. The dental office selection inquiries do not, and now the website copes with that. Evening visitors leave structured information and an honest response time, nothing more promised. The morning inbox is a work list now, not a puzzle.

How it runs

What happens after you order

Four steps to live, then the site is kept accurate every week. 5 revisions a month are included on every plan, each completed within 2 to 5 working days.

  1. 01

    Pay the first monthly invoice

Pick a plan and pay the first month. That is the whole commitment; the $797 build fee waits until your site is live.

  2. 02

    One onboarding call

Thirty minutes with your operations lead: offices, providers, services, brand, where each office's requests should go, and hub or one site per location.

  3. 03

    We build

We design the site, write the pages, configure the finder for each office and connect each front desk. You review, we revise.

  4. 04

    Live, then the build fee

Your site goes live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. Only then is the $797 build fee invoiced. Weekly updates start the same week.

We walk you through the pages, the finder and the request routing set up for a practice like yours, then tell you which plan fits. Live in 7 days from the onboarding call.

Three ways to run it

Same site on every plan. The larger plans add the AI Engine and the Content Engine. The $797 build fee is invoiced after launch on all three.

The plan we usually suggest

Operatory Suite

Orthodontic groups are usually best served by Operatory Suite, because parents and adults ask questions in the evening and the AI Engine answers chat, SMS and missed calls per office, then routes the consultation request.

What we guarantee

Each promise is written with its condition in plain sight, so nothing is discovered after the invoice.

  • Build fee only after you approve the live site

The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced after launch, once you have seen the site live and are happy with it.

Condition The first monthly fee is paid up front to start the plan.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, held

Every page we build scores at or above the target on mobile and desktop at launch.

Condition If a page drops below it because of our work, we fix it at no charge and it does not use a revision.

  • Local rankings within 3 to 5 months

The site starts ranking for local searches in your area within the window.

Condition If it has not, we keep working on it at no charge. We never promise a specific position.

Questions

Questions from orthodontic groups

Our orthodontist works at three offices on different days. Can the site show that?

Yes. Each provider page carries a weekly schedule by office, and each location page lists who is there on which days. When a schedule changes, it is a weekly detail update and does not use a revision.

Can the finder offer virtual consultations as well as in-office ones?

Yes. Virtual consultation can be listed as an option alongside each office, routed to whichever coordinator handles it, with its own confirmation message and its own instructions for photos.

Will articles be written for parents or for adults?

Both, as separate articles. A guide for parents on when to book a first orthodontic assessment and a guide for adults on clear aligners are different searches, and each links to the right page and the finder pre-set to that treatment. They are general information, never a treatment recommendation.

Do promotions like a seasonal aligner offer fit the site?

Yes, as a revision. A promotion page or a banner on the relevant service pages can be added and removed within the two to five working day turnaround, and the finder can carry the offer for the offices where it applies.

Can each satellite office show the days it is open?

Yes. Each satellite has its own page with its own days and hours, and the finder only offers days the office is open.

Can the site explain financing without making promises?

Yes. A financing page describes the options you offer, as you state them, with a note that a consultation confirms any individual plan. We never invent figures.

Do referring general dentists get a route?

Yes. A referral page and form route referrals to the office that will see the patient, separately from direct consultation requests.

How do we keep the orthodontist schedule current?

Email the change. Provider schedules by office are weekly detail updates and do not use a revision.
