How the invoices actually run
Order, onboard, build
Charged at the sale rate the moment you order, through Stripe, as a monthly subscription. The onboarding call happens within a working day and the build starts from it.
Live, and running
Still at the sale rate. Your site is live, weekly detail updates are running and the articles have started.
List price, same service
The plan reverts to its ordinary monthly fee. Nothing about the site or the service changes on that invoice.

When exactly does the sale run?
From Tuesday November 24, 2026 to Monday November 30, 2026, which is 7 days. Black Friday itself falls on November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday on November 30, 2026 sit inside that window. Orders placed outside those dates are billed at the list price.
What is the discount actually applied to?
The monthly plan fee, for the first 3 invoices. On Chairside that is $96 a month instead of $137, on Operatory Suite $208 instead of $297, and on Group $523 instead of $747.
Does it stack with the waived $797 build fee?
No. The Black Friday offer includes that waiver rather than adding a second one on top of it. The build fee is waived on every order placed before December 31, 2026, and a sale order carries the same waiver plus the 30% discount on the first 3 months.
What happens in month 4?
The plan goes back to its ordinary monthly fee, and nothing else changes. No new contract, no renegotiation, no re-onboarding. You can move up or down a plan from that invoice if you want to, and you can cancel with 2 business days notice before it.
Can I order now and have the discount backdated?
No, the discount applies to orders placed inside the window. You do not have to wait to start, though: the $797 build fee is already waived on every order placed before December 31, 2026, so ordering today still removes that cost.
Is the site any different on a sale order?
No. Same pages per office, same provider and service pages, same location and provider finder, same routing to each front desk, same 5 revisions a month, same 90+ PageSpeed guarantee, same launch windows of 7, 10 and 15 days.
Can we cancel after the discounted months?
Yes. Email us at least 2 business days before a renewal date, during business hours, and the next invoice is not raised. Payments already taken are not refunded, because all sales are final. The refund policy sets that out in full.
