Service file

Dental group website development is where the speed guarantee is either earned or lost

Speed is a build decision, not a plugin you add afterwards. Every page we develop is a static file with almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare's edge, which is why a location page for your eleventh office opens as fast as the home page. We guarantee a 90+ PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop for every page we build, and we fix any page that drops below it because of our work at no charge. Nothing on the site depends on a plugin ecosystem staying healthy.

What it costs

What "static" actually buys a group

A static page is generated once at build time and sits on the edge as a finished file. There is no database query when a patient opens your downtown office page, no theme engine deciding what to render, and no plugin chain to walk. For a group site that difference compounds: a single practice site with a slow stack costs you one slow page, while a group site costs you one per office. It also removes a class of failure that has nothing to do with traffic, the kind where a plugin update on a Tuesday takes the booking form down at every location at once.

What static pages buy you: no database call, no plugins to break, served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed. Tiffy gives a thumbs up by the gauge.

How the guarantee is held in practice

The score is held by the things that are easy to get wrong and hard to fix later. Images are generated at the size their slot needs and served in modern formats. Fonts load with swap and a real fallback stack, so text is readable before the webfont arrives. There are no sliders, no carousels and no page-builder wrappers. The small amount of JavaScript on the site, the menu, the finder and the theme toggle, is written by hand and loads after the page is usable. Where a plan includes site chat, it initialises after the page is interactive rather than before.

The build we do that most groups never see

Development for a group is mostly data plumbing. Every office, provider and service is a record, and the pages, the finder index, the schema and the sitemap are all generated from those records. That is why changing an office's hours updates the page, the structured data and the finder together rather than in three places. It is also why adding an office is quick: one record in, one page, one schema block, one finder entry and one sitemap line out. Groups that maintain those things by hand get drift; generated sites do not.

What we do not build, deliberately

We do not build patient portals, do not store clinical records and do not process protected health information on the website. Booking requests are handed to the systems that are built to hold them, your practice management software or your group CRM, and we do not keep a copy of clinical detail on the site. The website's job is to be the front door: fast, accurate, and honest about what it is. Anything that belongs in a clinical system stays in the clinical system, which keeps the site simple and keeps you out of a category of risk you do not need.

Who it is for

Who dental group website development is for

Groups that care how the site is built: speed on a phone, no plugin debt, and a build that stays fast as offices are added.

  • Groups whose current site slowed down as it grew
  • Groups running paid ads to office pages
  • Operations leads who want nothing to maintain

Symptoms

Signs your group needs this now

Built in, not bolted on

Compliance built into the site

A dental website carries obligations a brochure site does not. These ship with every plan, written for your practice and reviewed by you before launch.

These pages and practices help you meet common US requirements for a dental practice website. They are not legal advice, and we recommend your own counsel reviews the policies before launch. We are not a dental practice, dental group, dentist or healthcare provider, and we are not a law firm.

  • Privacy policy and terms

A privacy policy and site terms written around what your site actually collects, drafted for your review and your counsel's sign-off. Built with state privacy laws such as the CCPA in California in mind.

  • Cookie policy with consent that really gates scripts

Analytics and marketing tags load only after a visitor agrees, and the cookie policy lists what the consent banner controls.

  • Accessibility statement and an accessible build

Real contrast ratios, visible focus states, keyboard navigation and alt text, built with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.2 AA in mind, plus a statement telling patients how to report a problem.

  • No patient health information in forms

Request forms are designed not to collect health information. That keeps the website out of your HIPAA scope as far as a website can be, while your intake system handles records.

  • SMS consent wording

Where a form or the AI Engine sends texts, consent wording sits next to the phone field, and we file the A2P 10DLC carrier registration for you on plans with the AI Engine.

  • General-information disclaimers

Service pages and articles say they are general information, not a diagnosis or treatment plan, and send patients to your providers for anything about their own care.

Reviews

What groups say about dental group website development

  • We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. It collects preferred office, visit reason and callback number up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

  • People used to ring just to check their dental office selection form had actually gone through. The acknowledgment explains the next step clearly and tells people how to reach us if something is wrong. It is a small corner of the site that makes the whole process feel finished.

  • Our old dental office selection routine was a shared inbox and crossed fingers. Requests are assigned automatically, with a backup for when the owner is away. Duplicate replies and orphaned messages have both quietly ended.

Out of scope

What dental group website development does not include

So nobody is surprised after ordering. Each of these is a deliberate line, not an upsell waiting to happen.

  • Clinical content we would have to vouch for

We do not write treatment recommendations, success rates, outcome claims or before-and-after captions. Your clinicians own every statement about care.

  • Patient health information in web forms

Request forms ask for a name, contact details, the office, the service and a preferred time. Medical history, insurance IDs and consent forms stay in your own intake system, never on the website.

  • Paid ad management

We build pages that are fast and relevant enough to be good landing pages for your ads. Running and bidding on the campaigns themselves stays with you or your ads partner.

  • Your practice management system

We route requests into the system or CRM each office already uses, by API, Zapier or Make. We do not sell, host or administer the practice software itself.

  • Photography shoots

We use the office and team photos you own and have consent to publish, sized for their slots. Where you have none yet we use neutral, non-clinical images until yours arrive.

  • Per-office fees or hourly billing

There are none. One fee covers every office in the group; extra revisions beyond 5 a month are a flat $20 each.

Cost

What dental group website development costs, and what drives it

Development, hosting and the 90+ PageSpeed guarantee are in every plan. Nothing about the build is itemized; extra revisions are $20 each after the 5 included.

What changes the price

  • The plan: Chairside $137/ month, Operatory Suite $297/ month + usage, Group $747/ month.
  • The one-time $797 build fee, invoiced after launch, charged once per group.
  • Extra revisions beyond 5 a month, $20 each.
  • AI usage on Operatory Suite, billed monthly at cost with no minimum.
  • Not the number of offices, pages or providers. The fee is per group.

How the work is done

From order to live, step by step

The same four steps for every service. The only thing paid before launch is the first month.

  1. Day 0

    Pay the first monthly invoice

Pick a plan and pay the first month. That is the whole commitment; the $797 build fee waits until your site is live.

  2. Day 1

    One onboarding call

Thirty minutes with your operations lead: offices, providers, services, brand, where each office's requests should go, and hub or one site per location.

  3. Build

    We build

We design the site, write the pages, configure the finder for each office and connect each front desk. You review, we revise.

  4. Day 7 to 15

    Live, then the build fee

Your site goes live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. Only then is the $797 build fee invoiced. Weekly updates start the same week.

Questions about dental group website development

What happens if a page falls below the guaranteed score?

We fix it at no charge and it does not use one of your revisions. The guarantee covers pages we build. If a third-party script you asked us to add is the cause, we will tell you plainly and show you the measurement.

Can we add our own tracking and chat tools?

Yes, and we will load them in the way that costs the least. Anything heavy loads after the page is interactive. If a tool cannot be loaded without breaking the score, we say so before it goes on rather than after.

Who owns the code?

The design and the code stay ours, which is set out in the terms. Your content, your articles and your domain are yours, and we export the content within 14 days if you ever leave.

Do you build on our existing hosting?

No. Hosting is part of the plan and runs on Cloudflare, which is how the speed guarantee is possible. There is no separate hosting bill, no SSL renewal and no bandwidth overage.

How is the site kept up to date after launch?

By us. Weekly detail updates cover hours, providers and insurance changes across every office. 5 revisions a month, of any size, cover everything larger, each completed within 2 to 5 working days. Nobody at your group logs in to the website.

Why does page speed matter for our ads?

Every paid click costs the same whether or not the page loads in time. Google counts landing-page experience as part of ad quality and says higher quality ads typically cost less per click, so a fast page can help lower costs and keeps more of the visitors you paid for.

Do you add structured data during development?

Yes. Organization, a dental business entry per office, services, providers, FAQs and breadcrumbs are generated from the same data as the page, so they never drift apart.

Is the site secure?

Static pages have very little to attack, and hosting on Cloudflare includes SSL, CDN and DDoS protection, with backups and monitoring inside the fee.
