Pick a plan, pay the first month, and the build starts. The one-time build fee that normally follows your launch is taken off the order entirely on anything placed before December 31, 2026. The monthly fee is the ordinary one, from $137, covering every office in the group.

What happens next, in order
No portal to set up, no software to learn, no kickoff deck. Four things happen and then the site is live.
A receipt and a confirmation email
Stripe charges the first month of your monthly subscription and emails a receipt, and our confirmation email follows with the next step. No build fee invoice follows it, now or after launch.
We book the onboarding call
Thirty minutes with whoever runs operations: offices, providers, services, brand, and where each office wants its requests delivered.
We build, you review
We design the site, write the pages, configure the finder per office and wire each front desk. You see it on a private link and tell us what to change.
Live, and the weekly rhythm starts
Your site goes live in 7, 10 or 15 days depending on the plan. Weekly detail updates and articles begin that same week.
The onboarding form is what starts the clock. It takes about fifteen minutes and anything you do not have yet can follow later.

Identical on every plan. Nothing on this list is itemized on an invoice.
The site
Home, one page per office, one per provider, one per service, new patients, insurance, referrals where you need them, and a blog that is actually written.
Location and provider finder
Service plus town to the nearest office, its providers, its hours and a booking request routed to that desk.
Domain
Registered in your group's name at no extra charge, or point the one you own. Office domains can redirect to their pages.
Hosting
Cloudflare edge hosting with SSL, backups and monitoring inside the fee. Nothing itemized, nothing to maintain.
CRM routing
Every request into the right office's practice system or your group CRM by API, Zapier or Make, with office, provider and service attached.
Fully managed
Weekly detail updates, 5 revisions a month, 2 articles a week, and nobody at your group ever logs in.
The honest version
Why the fee is off, and when it goes back on
We would rather carry the build cost and earn the monthly fee for years than win an argument about a one-time invoice. That is the whole reason. There is no ticking clock on this page that resets when you reload it, and no seat counter. There is a date, it is December 31, 2026, and it is in the pricing data this page reads from.
Order before then and the $797 build fee is never raised. Order after and it goes back to being invoiced once your site is live and you have approved it, which is how it has always worked here.
The waiver stands until December 31, 2026.

- 90+ PageSpeed on mobile and desktop for every page we build, and any page that drops below it because of our work is fixed at no charge.
- Local search visibility in your area within 3 to 5 months, or we keep working at no charge.
- 5 revisions a month, completed in 2 to 5 working days.
- A person replies within one working day, every working day.
Said plainly, not in a footnote
- All sales are final. Payments already taken are not refunded, and the only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing.
- Cancelling needs 2 business days notice before the renewal date, in business hours, by email.
- AI minutes and message volume on Operatory Suite are passed through at what our providers charge us.

What am I actually paying today?
The first month of the plan you pick, and nothing else. It is charged through Stripe when you order, as a monthly subscription that renews on the same date each month. On Chairside that is $137, on Operatory Suite $297, on Group $747. The $797 one-time build fee is waived on orders placed before December 31, 2026, so it is not charged today and it is not charged after launch either.
Is the build fee waived or just deferred?
Waived. It is removed from the order, not pushed to a later invoice. Normally that fee is invoiced after the site is live and you have approved it; on an order placed before December 31, 2026 it is never raised at all.
Is the monthly fee per office or for the whole group?
For the whole group. One fee covers every office, every provider page and every service page on the site, whether you run two locations or twenty. Adding an office later does not change the monthly fee.
Which plan should a group with a few offices start on?
Chairside builds and runs the whole site and is the right start for most groups. Operatory Suite adds the AI Engine when front desks are missing calls. Group adds the Content Engine when you want social, reels and profiles managed alongside the site. Moving up later takes a message and starts from the next invoice.
When does the site go live?
7 days on Chairside, 10 on Operatory Suite and 15 on Group, counted from the onboarding call rather than from the order. The clock starts when we have your offices, providers and services, which is what the onboarding form collects.
What happens when we need a change after launch?
You email it. 5 revisions a month are included across the whole group, each completed in 2 to 5 working days, and further ones are $20 each. Hours, providers and insurance changes are weekly detail updates and do not use a revision at all.
Can we cancel, and is the first month refundable?
You can cancel any month by emailing us at least 2 business days before the renewal date, during business hours. Payments already taken are not refunded: all sales are final, and the only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing. The refund policy sets that out in full before you order.
Does this stack with the Black Friday sale?
No, and it does not need to. The Black Friday offer already includes this waived build fee and adds 30% off the first 3 months on top, during that week only. Outside the sale week, the waiver on this page is the offer.

One payment today, and no build fee after it
The first month of the subscription is charged when you order, and that starts the build. The $797that normally follows your launch does not exist on an order placed before December 31, 2026.
