The one-time build fee is $797, the same on every plan. We invoice it after your site is live and you have approved it. Pay it here by card through Stripe. It is a single payment, and your monthly plan is billed separately.

What the $797 pays for
The build is weeks of work before the monthly service starts. The fee covers that work once, and only after you have approved the result.
The structure
A page for every office, provider and service, planned around how your group is actually organized, before a single page is designed.
The writing
Every page written from your onboarding answers, including the ones nobody wants to write, and migrated content from the old site where it is worth keeping.
The finder and the routing
The location and provider finder configured per office, and each front desk wired so requests land with the people who will see the patient.
The launch
Domain, hosting, SSL, redirects from the old URLs and a speed pass on every page before it goes live.

How paying works

You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our site.
Receipt by email
Stripe emails a receipt straight away and we send a confirmation. That is the whole build fee: nothing recurring is set up.
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single payment of $797. Nothing recurring is set up on this page. Your monthly plan fee is billed separately, on its own subscription, and paying this does not change it.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due. The fee is invoiced after your site is live and you have approved it. On orders placed before December 31, 2026 the build fee is waived, so if your plan started before then there is nothing to pay here.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same on every plan. Every group gets the same pages per office, the same finder and the same routing. The plans differ in what runs alongside the site each month, which is what the monthly fee covers, so the one-time $797 does not change with the plan.
Is paying by card here safe?
Yes. The button takes you to a checkout page hosted by Stripe, over an encrypted connection. Stripe handles the card details; we never see or store your full card number.
Can the build fee be refunded?
No. All sales are final, and that includes the one-time build fee. The only exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing, which we refund to the original payment method once verified. The refund policy sets this out in full.
I clicked pay and came back without paying. Was I charged?
No. If you leave the Stripe page or cancel before paying, nothing is charged. You can come back to this page and pay whenever you are ready.
